Receive Authorization

Our technical team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions for your brewing hardware.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
